F.W.Zachau Keyboard Music
F.W.Zachau (or Zachow - the spelling varies) was Handel's
teacher. His music is a bit like that of J.G.Walther (q.v.). He was a good organ composer but a lot of the music is rather pedestrian on the piano.
However, he knew his stuff, and occasional pieces work well. His fugue in G (pages 330-332 in the D.D.T. volume) is very enjoyable. Well worth trying.
